Return and refund policy
How returns, exchanges and refunds work at Media Market Sale. Last updated October 12, 2026.
1. 30-day returns
You can return unused physical items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
2. Items we can't take back
- Gift cards, language courses and antivirus codes once they've been sent.
- Personal care items that have been opened, for hygiene reasons.
- Items damaged through misuse.
3. How to start a return
Email support@mediamarketsale.com or call +1 907-247-7575 with your order reference (it starts with MM-). We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the address to send it to.
4. Return shipping
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we pay for return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and check the item we issue your refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our mistake.
6. Exchanges
Want a different item? Return the original for a refund and place a new order. That way your new item ships right away.
7. Damaged or missing items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo if you can. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
